The terms that govern your use of Xava Inference.

credits
Credits are prepaid, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They are spent per request at the prices shown when the request is made. Each credit is backed by USDC held in a public reserve and is recorded as a non-transferable token on Solana; it cannot be sent to another wallet or sold.
payments
Card payments are charged the posted card price for the credit bought. USDC payments on Solana buy credit one for one, at the published rate.
buybacks and $XINF
A share of each spend, taken from our margin, buys back the buyback token you pick ($XINF by default); buybacks are executed on-chain. Tokens bought are held in public treasury or vault addresses and are not distributed to users. $XINF is a utility token; nothing here is investment advice.
hold rewards tax
$XINF carries a 3% Hold Rewards Tax on every transfer, set and paid out by the launchpad (StonkFun) to holders in USDC; we do not control its rate or its payouts. StonkFun converts the collected tax to USDC by selling $XINF in the pool, which can affect the price. Part of the protocol lock's USDC buys $XINF into the lock (an on-chain share of at most 70%, set by a public controller multisig); the rest funds holder credits.
affiliate program
Affiliate status is granted on application and may be revoked. Earnings are computed daily on net margin from referred usage.
acceptable use
You are responsible for your use of the models and for complying with each model provider's usage policies.
your content
We never store your prompts: we never store the content of your requests or of model responses. Zero data retention end to end on models marked ZDR supported; uploaded references and generated files auto-delete after 24 hours. On models marked ZDR supported, the model provider keeps no prompts or outputs either, so retention is zero end to end; on other models the model provider may keep request data under its own policy. Generated images, video and audio are kept at a private, unguessable link for 24 hours so you can download them, then deleted. Reference files you upload for a model to read are kept at a private, signed link for 24 hours (or until you delete them), then deleted. We keep billing metadata only. See privacy.
